There are a lot of long distance carriers that offer low international rates. Shop around and compare prices for plans, dial-around, pre-paid calling cards, and callbacks. Carefully read the terms and conditions for each of these services, they might have some hidden charges or terms that would make you pay the same rates on call for a certain amount of time. If you know your calling pattern, think about whether you make enough calls each month to justify monthly fees that might be associated with a calling plan, it might be better for you to get an unlimited calling plan if you make a lot of international calls.
